To complement our current work from home set up, we initially established a modern 100 seat capacity facility shopfloor with provision for quick expansion. Our 24/7 state of the art internet connectivity, fully protected data & software, with each desktop &/laptop protected by anti-virus malware & firewall which is complemented by our processes aligned to the requirements of ISO 27001 (Infosec) & ISO 2000-1 (IT Management) & contribute in reducing our carbon footprint.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, En Elle International Outsourcing was already conceptualized and was about to be launched. It was envisioned that the Clark Freeport Zone would be the ideal base of operations given its proximity to the Clark International Airport and the Clark Freeport Zone where multi national manufacturing companies, world class hotel chains & leisure areas and big ticket Business Process Outsourcing companies have comfortably established their base of operations.
Given our strong advocacy on community engagement, through training on emerging technologies and providing employment opportunities & dignified work, we decided to establish our initial presence in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, whose proximity to the Clark Freeport, Clark International Airport & Metro Manila makes it the ideal place to locate a business.
