Rivera and California Technological Care (CTC) to train & educate people in nearby rural communities on emerging technologies to enhance their technical skills and aplly these during their on site On the Job Training (OJT) to greatly enhance their technical skills. This partnerships aims to enhance employability in the BPO industry.
