Role Overview
The Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote professional who provides various administrative; technical and creative support services to businesses or individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support – handling tasks like email management and data entry.
- Communication – managing communications with clients, clients & team members via email, phone and chat.
- Research – conducting on line research and gathering information on various topics.
- Content Creation – writing, editing, & managing content of websites, blogs, and social media.
- Customer Service – providing customer support & resolving queries through various channels.
- Tasks Management – organizing & prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Technical Support – assisting with Technical issues and troubleshooting basic problems.
- Social Media Management – creating & scheduling posts, engaging with followers, & analyzing performance.
- Project Coordination – supporting the the planning & execution of projects by coordinating tasks & timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with strong research capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Social media management
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Minimum of a college degree, preferably in Business or English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to respond to emails promptly and follow instructions accurately.
- Competence in managing social media posts and other online activities.
- Ability to work in different time zone based on client location.
